HR & Finance Administrator
Renee is key in fostering a thriving and engaged company culture and ensuring we are empowered to deliver exceptional service to all our clients. She is responsible for recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new team members, leading impactful team-building initiatives, internal finance, accounting, payroll and benefits administration, and various other HR functions.
Renee holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She has cultivated a comprehensive skill set encompassing secondary education, human resources, bookkeeping, and marketing. Her reliability, integrity, and attention to detail are valuable assets. Renee embodies a balance of head and heart, being both systems-oriented and deeply passionate about empowering others to achieve their full potential.

In her free time, Renee enjoys spending time with loved ones, exploring the outdoors, listening to music, and pursuing creative hobbies like gardening and baking. She is a continuous learner, eager to expand her knowledge and explore new interests.
